The Big Run

This the ongoing story of my intent to ride an antique Harley Davidson across the United States, and back, from Seattle. And there's no way I can do it alone: I have some highly experienced friends who are willing to lead and teach.

About Me

My photo
Borfitz
I'm suddenly sixty-one, it caught me by surprise. But I'm a lucky guy, I have a great job in a field I love, I have a great family and my health is very good. Could be better but I'm lazy. I like to think I'm pretty good around a bike but the more I hang out with my riding partners, the more I realize I don't know much at all. I strive to be open to teaching. Perhaps the most telling thing about me is the fact that I haven't had a drink since December 28, 2004. As the direct result of that, and the help of many like-minded friends, I know I can live a life of dignity and integrity. Better late than never . . .
